Q: I have some concerns about the Terms of Service.

It sounds like by posting content through Expedite Social to my connected social media accounts, I'm giving Expedite Social irrevocable, perpetual rights to use that content for any purpose, including commercial - essentially ownership of that content. Am I misreading these terms?

Q: The system had so much potential, and we adopted it right away, but the support function no longer works, ...

emails are not being responded to, and now the scheduler does not work for future posts, the app now only posts to social channels immediately. Before, there was a minimum 10-minute delay, and we could schedule for future dates. This is a core functionality that has been lost. Will the app be sustained, or have the founders lost momentum?

Q: Unfortunately we've not had much success in getting this product to work.

I can't find how to get support - I get a message that there is a failure and to use the browser version to see what's wrong - but i'm already using the browser version.
We were really excited that this would be a solution for us - but frankly it needs a lot of work and a useful way of contacting for support - as this was my only option.

If someone can LMK how I can contact support for help I'd appreciate it.
