ok, so SUPPORT replied to my email and advised me that i had a 2nd dashboard / trial account runnning and it was THAT which had been 'suspended' and i was being presented with two choices: upgrade or downgrade.
the solution is to click on the DOWNGRADE button which clears the screen and allows you to access the settings button in the top right of the screen.
once there you click SWITCH ACCOUNTS

Q: Manual edit problems
I have a lot of problems: when I record a tutorial, as soon as I switch from one Chrome tab to another, the recording seems to continue, but then when I finish, I realize that it has only recorded the first Chrome tab. Additionally, the manual editing is extremely complicated. Since, as I mentioned, Fable does not record the tutorial when I switch from one Chrome tab to another, I have to take a photo of every single step (with another app) in each tab, then I have to manually upload the images, but there's no bulk upload, so I have to do it one image at a time. Every time I add a screenshot in the editing, it comes with the central instruction box, so I create an instruction box for the element I need, but Fable generates a copy of that screenshot with the box I need, so I have to delete the previous screenshot with the central box.
Q: Tier 3 accounts are automatically downgraded for free?
I wrote an email to Fable's support department but only received an automatic feedback message. But after these 3 my account has not been overcome and no longer received any feedback email. - Looking forward to responding.

Q: Failed twice
I tried twice to create the same demo and it failed both times. I’m using Chrome on a Mac M2. Is there a reason why I should try again? Otherwise I will request a refund, but it seems that the software is highly recommended, but it didn’t work for me.
While comparing Fable with Layerpath and Kroto, I was comparing a simple step by step process of Google Workspace in another chrome tab. I just get "Finishing..." but it doesn't finish (third try).
Q: My lifetime account has been downgraded from tier 3 to a TRIAL
Anybody else suffering the same and been able to reinstate their account to full access?
