This was previously answered by Vikas Potta who said the system isn’t down — multiple users have been using Fable (including demos with more than 10 steps), and demos have been created in the last 12 hours. ok, so SUPPORT replied to my email and advised me that i had a 2nd dashboard / trial account runnning and it was THAT which had been 'suspended' and i was being presented with two choices: upgrade or downgrade.
the solution is to click on the DOWNGRADE button which clears the screen and allows you to access the settings button in the top right of the screen.

Is it possible that Fable will return this Black Friday? Maybe they need to improve their outlook regarding the problems they've had during this time…

once there you click SWITCH ACCOUNTS
