Can customers leave either a Text, Audio or Video testimonial? For audio and video, will customers be able to see a preview of the recording, before they confirm? Thank you.
I sent emails and questions. Your invites are not working anymore and you seem to ignore EVERYONE!! Why are you still in business if you wont service your customers ??
I’ve seen a couple of comments mentioning a "big upgrade" being worked on behind the scenes, but there hasn’t really been any transparency around what those updates actually are or when users can expect to see them.
To be completely honest, I think the product is OK, but I’m not 100% sold on it yet and have been exploring other options. Knowing what’s on the roadmap would honestly...

I have a lot of reviews that I got directly and have them in text form. Is it possible to import them on Feedback Link or I can import reviews only if they come from Trustpilot and similars?

Q: Does this platform send a SMS Text and/or an Email to request a Google Review?

Also can you upload email and phone numbers of past customers to request a Google Review?
