Claude seems to think that creating a split pathway where negative reviews are "gated" by a support form before being directed to the review page is illegal or at the very least against policy for several review sites. What can you tell me about that? I love the sound of what your software can achieve but I'm concerned it might get me/clients in trouble. Is your software compliant or not?
Can customers leave either a Text, Audio or Video testimonial? For audio and video, will customers be able to see a preview of the recording, before they confirm? Thank you.
I sent emails and questions. Your invites are not working anymore and you seem to ignore EVERYONE!! Why are you still in business if you wont service your customers ??
Hey Pieter, I’ve seen a couple of comments mentioning a "big upgrade" being worked on behind the scenes, but there hasn’t really been any transparency around what those updates actually are or when users can expect to see them. To be completely honest, I think the product is OK, but I’m not 100% sold on it yet and have been exploring other options. Knowing what’s on the roadmap would honestly make a big difference in deciding whether to stick with the platform long term. Do you have any public roadmap, planned feature list, or even a rough idea of what’s coming next and the expected timeline?
