Hello founder. If a user want to give feedback about the service (in his own words), is there a way where he/she can also choose the rating in stars ? For example, if he/she wants to give feedback about a public toilet in a building , he/she can give 3 stars with comment "the faucet tab broken, no water".

Apart from that, in the backend, admin can see the analytic and graph of for all feedbacks by date, by star rating, by location. Also availability to filter/search/sort the feedback by date, by star rating, by location.

And, is there any availability to response to each feedback by having "status" section : Repair In progress, solved, etc
