1. Absolutely, the brand identity and business name etc. is changeable.
2. Agency functionality will enable agencies to manage their client Feedback Link accounts on their behalf. This will allow their clients to log on to view their feedback without the FeedbackLink branding visible.
3. Each brand/business can have up to 5 different locations, for example, different branches of a business under the same brand. Each location gets its own feedback link address (feedback.link/locationname), and can have its own set of questions and sharing/reviews setup and contact information. Each location can also send out unique email/text invites to their customers, that will gather reviews or feedback for that specific location.
4. Aidaforms and Questionscout are both advanced & weighted survey tools, that has a very broad range of possible uses. These tools do not specialise in getting customer feedback AND reviews for businesses. FeedbackLink is designed especially for business to effectively capture reviews OR feedback from customers, because not all customers are comfortable with leaving public reviews. FeedbackLink is designed so that it is lightweight & intuitive and can be set up in 5 minutes. Survey/Form tools though powerful takes more effort, customisation & decision-making to get set up, as there are many configuration options that need to be ignored. They may also not be as effective as FeedbackLink in capturing reviews/feedback in a business <> customer environment.
5. Yes, you can set up your own set of survey/poll questions. However, the initial question that measure customer satisfaction on a scale of 1 - 10 is required, so that the software can determine how to respond (i.e. you don’t want to annoy a frustrated customer with long surveys).
