We currently don’t support white labelling with CNAME domain customisation, but we realise that’s it’s a key feature to have. See our roadmap below.
Roadmap, as at 22 Nov 20’:
1. Zapier Integration (Automation): November ’20
--- Automate/Integrate with over 2000 apps you already use
2. White-labelling with your own domain: Dec ’20
--- Your customers don’t see any FeedbackLink branding (use yourdomain.com instead of feedback.link/yourbusiness)
3. Multi-locations: Jan ’21
--- Use our software for multiple locations (for franchises/larger organisations)
4. Agency Support with Stackable deals: Feb ’21
--- If you’re an agency, buy multiple deals and use them for your clients
5. Review notifications
--- Know when you get reviews, whether good or bad: Mar ’21
6. White-labelling with your own email servers: Mar/Apr ’21
7. Developer API: Mar/Apr ’21

Re: the difference between our LTD and WomBot’s:
- First off, WomBot is an established platform, where we’re launching and growing FeedbackLink exclusively with SumoLings. We want to build a working relationship in order to expand into the right direction. We’re 100% committed to Sumo-lings and working on features they want, full-time.
- The WomBot deal does not include Zapier Integration (integrate with over 2000 apps), where we will release Zapier Integration as soon as the next 2 weeks (included in LTD)
- It appears the WomBot deal does not include sending of text (SMS) invites to customers, where our LTD includes 1000 emails and 500 texts every month (forever)
- We think the aesthetic and simplicity of our platform are more inline with a modern, friendly user/customer experience

Here's my responses to your questions:

-- Yes, absolutely.
2) By Jan21- there will be multi-location available. SO If I buy 1 code now, can I get it as well once it available?
-- We will offer one location per code, so you'll need to stack codes for each location. Each location will then of course also receive it's own additional quotas (1000ems./500texts per location).
What does it mean by review notification? Does it mean that now there is no notification for any review given?
-- By this we mean that you will get notifications if someone posts a positive/negative review on your Trustpilot/Facebook/Google Review/etc. profiles. Currently, you can monitor the amount of reviews/shares/tweets that's generated by us in realtime on your dashboard, but you won't receive notifications for reviews per say.
3) Is there any options for webhooks +/- pabbly connect/integrately for integration?
-- We're planning on rolling out Zapier (similiar to Pabbly) integration within the next 2 weeks (connect with over 2000 platforms), and a developer API early in '21.
