Q: How are widgets shown on the website?
What control do I have on the widgets?
I currently collect feedback for my desktop app with a form. But it's quite a bit of work of changing the answers to something that I can display on my website. And I need to have everything in 2 languages.

Widgets are shown by pasting a small snippet of HTML code, which only takes a few minutes to do.
You have full control over the content of your widgets, and you can use different "locations" to get responses in 2 languages.
You can indeed automate this process (asking for testimonials/reviews and displaying them automatically).
