Simple and effective !
I always find that built in polls and quizzes look boring in meeting apps (except for one platform that is sadly shutting down by the end of february).
Feedbeo does exactly what it says it does. Without knowing the platform, I have been able to setup multiple word clouds, polls and Q&A elements in a matter of minutes.
Participants really enjoyed the idea of interacting with their phones while watching the workshop. Showing the results was super easy as well.
For live webinars on streaming platform like youtube, this is a genius way of having LIVE interaction even if you can't have participants with audio/video in the event.
Could there be even more kinds of interactive elements ? Sure ! But for the price, it's hard to beat.
The look is minimalist, and it just works. Amazing !

Impressed with the ease and usefullness
I faced a challenge today with a webinar of 450 participants, and we wanted to run a few polls. As always, my first stop was AppSumo. I'm very happy with my purchase, Feedbeo did the job perfectly. I look forward to using and incorporating it more in future sessions. It's a great deal at this price.

Feature-rich tool, but no real branding
Feedbeo shines when it comes to live engagement: unlimited polls, Q&A, and word clouds all update smoothly, and presenters pick it up within minutes. Attendees join via a short code, moderation is simple, and the interface performs reliably—ideal for meetings, workshops, or internal events.
However, calling the logo upload + preset colour swatches “branding” feels misleading. Real branding includes custom palettes, fonts, backgrounds, branded or neutral URLs, and the option to hide a vendor badge. With Feedbeo, the large logo remains fixed on every screen, and the session link always resides on the Feedbeo domain—this undermines the event’s identity, especially in brand-sensitive environments.
The UI can be confusing: the “Event Settings” control sometimes appears greyed out and feels inactive, making navigation harder for new users. If deeper branding options existed—like custom links, full theme controls, or a badge toggle—I’d gladly pay for them. As is, Feedbeo occupies a strange middle ground: it’s loaded with great interactive tools but falls short in the branding department. Minimalism is admirable—but not at the cost of essential features.

Bad, bad experience.
I've bought a lifetime licence following the instructions to activate.
That did not happen.
