Well-Built Platform. Promising Future ... IMHO

I purchased a tier 1, but first decided to navigate the platform with the free plan before activating my code. I thought some of the other reviews were a bit unfair and I wanted to try to bring a somewhat balanced view here. I'll go with a simple list of pros and cons.

PROS
1. The platform seems to be very smooth from a technology standpoint. Everything does what the button or link says it will do. Navigation is intuitive and it's easy to explore and recover your place after that. I enjoy being spending time in it - when I can spare a few minutes.

2. There seem to be a broad enough group of people if what you're looking for is freelance talent. I think for anyone looking to join an ecosystem for spotting promising collab partners - UX specialists, graphic designers, etc - I think it's worth getting a code and rummaging about.

3. The free plan allows you access to at list your profile and attract attention to yourself if you're on the freelancer side of the marketplace. I don't necessarily offer freelance services but I saw a premium SEO project I decided to have a go at. If only to explore some of my recent AI SEO buys in a real world client project context. I've also started exploring some promising partners.

CONS
- The reason for the 2 stars off is primarily that the CURRENT ratio of either spammy or seemingly unsophisticated pitches seems slightly on the high side. I think if they priced their premium offerings a bit higher, and maybe a bit more screening, it would help the platform.

- Considering the cost of the Tier 1 plan, I think so-called "Elite Status" (free members get this with a very affordable upgrade) should be clearly marked for Appsumo purchasers. I hate to feel like I'm always being prompted to upgrade when I've paid for access to platforms.

OVERALL
I think the platform is useful enough now, and promising enough for the future that it's worth at least 1 code. I'm actually considering a second code before the deadline.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re sorry Feedcoyote didn’t meet your expectations.

One important clarification: Feedcoyote isn’t designed to be another Fiverr or Upwork. Those platforms primarily focus on buying and selling freelance services. Feedcoyote is built around professional networking and collaborations, helping freelancers, businesses, and independent professionals connect, find...

Affordable Opportunity

I think that the idea behind Feedcoyote is very good. Most similar platforms are focused on selling your service, which is the main aim, but it's just as important to team up with other freelancers and professionals. You can locate the skills necessary for specific situations and strengthen relationships that can promote your product or service. This second is my primary purpose. Considering the reasonable one-time price, I believe this is an opportunity that shouldn't be missed.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! That was exactly the gap we set out to solve. Most platforms focus on helping freelancers sell their services, but we believe long-term success also comes from building trusted relationships and finding the right collaborators for bigger opportunities.

We're especially glad to hear that collaboration and relationship-building are valuable to you,...

Clarification on Lifetime Deal vs. Pro Plan Charges

Hi FeedCoyote Team,

I hope you're doing well.

I have a small question regarding the Lifetime Deal and would appreciate some clarification.

If FeedCoyote offers a Lifetime Deal, I was under the impression that the core features would be included without recurring subscription fees. However, I noticed there's still a **Pro Plan** available for ₹299/month. Could you please explain the difference between the Lifetime Deal and the Pro Plan?

I also noticed an additional charge of ₹169.99 for the Become Elite & Get Discovered Faster" badge. Is this feature not included with the Lifetime Deal?

Could you kindly clarify what is included in the Lifetime Deal and which features or services require separate payment?

Thank you for your time and support. I appreciate your help.

Elite Status is one of Feedcoyote's premium profile features that helps increase your visibility and strengthen your professional presence on the platform. The "Pro Tools" screen you're seeing is part of our standard in-app upgrade flow and is currently shown to all users. Your AppSumo license isn't automatically reflected there yet. With your current AppSumo license, you'll receive access to...

The concept and niche is compelling but I was left wanting more

I am someone who has come from the "hunger games" that is Upwork. The endless hours of combing through job postings, building proposals, and building your profile, only to have someone outbid you just because they spent another $10 on tokens for placement, or they were willing to charge only $20 per hour for a job that should be more like $80-$90+.

When I saw the description for Feedcoyote, I was almost instantly hopeful there was something out there where I felt like I could be competitive and my hard work could be seen. I consider myself a premium developer/entrepreneur with the ability to deliver great work and to be compensated accordingly. The concept of working with other freelancers to help them build a team was also extremely intriguing. I have spent about an hour with Feedcoyote after buying the Tier 1 deal. After this time, I can honestly say I am disappointed and have been left wanting more.

Let's start with the collaborations as this is the Feedcoyote's selling point. The posts for the collaborations are usually well written, but also usually omit a lot of important information for you to accurately submit a proposal. All collaborations include an "Apply by" date. I have seen some of these dates to be months, if not years old, showing the original poster has not visited the site since the original posting date. Some users utilize comments to attempt to contact the poster instead of utilizing the proposal feature, so comment moderation is pretty weak.

The Gigs feature was honestly the most infuriating. Gigs are another type of job posting. First you have to pay "credits" to get personalized Gigs to be filtered. Ok fine. However when you find a Gig you are interested in, clicking the "Apply Now" button takes you off site to another freelancing platform that is subject to the same scammy practices as Upwork! As far as I am concerned, this feature is completely worthless.

I am going to keep at it for another day or two, however my initial first impression was not great.

First, thank you for taking the time to write such thoughtful feedback. We genuinely appreciate it.

What stood out to me most is that you said the concept is compelling. That tells us we're solving a problem that resonates with experienced freelancers like yourself.

We're actively improving the Collab feature with better moderation, expiration of inactive opportunities, and smarter ranking so...
