Q: Post-based and keyword-based replies?
Very interesting tool that solves a real pain. Pretty interested in using this for a number of our brands. Couple of questions though:
1) Use case: For an ecommerce brand we create posts and ads related to a specific product with pricing and everything but people often still add a bunch of comments asking "how much?". This question will be related to a specific product on a specific post, so we can't just have a generic reply. Can we customize the reply on a per-post level?
2) Comment to DM would be AWESOME. Super helpful with funnels where people add a comment and you send them a PDF/lead magnet....etc. Will this be added to roadmap?
3) Any idea how good is it with dialects? For example, Arabic spoken in Egypt is different than in Saudi Arabia.
4) How does "Shopify comment management integration" work?
Thanks!

Mar 29, 2026A: Hi,
Thank you for reaching out, great questions! Let me address each one:
1) If you include a link to your product page in your posts or ads, our system automatically pulls the full context from that page and incorporates it into the response. So rather than giving a generic reply, it's tailored to your actual product.
2) This functionality is already included in Tier 4, it works similarly to Manychat. Whenever someone comments a keyword of your choosing, they'll automatically receive a DM.
3) We've invested a lot into improving response quality, so this shouldn't be an issue. That said, if you have specific examples or areas you'd like us to look at, we're happy to dig into them.
4) Our core product now automatically retrieves the full context of your Shopify product page, so this is no longer something you'd need to handle manually.
Hope that clears things up! Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
Best,
Lenart
Similar automation like in ManyChat, which is available only at Tier 4. How does the price for this actually quite simple automation is at the end of your Tiers? So Tier 3 should at least include this as well.
In that case, I’m out. I’d rather go with the market leader. At least I know that everything works there without headaches.
Good luck! Maybe consider moving the DM automation down to Tier 3
