Custom domain availability is limited, even on higher-tier plans.
There was initially a team management bug where inviting the same person to multiple workspaces counted them as separate team members, though the founder has reportedly fixed this.
The current workspace indicator is tucked away in the bottom left corner, which isn't prominent enough when switching between projects frequently.
The Wall of Love layout customisation is somewhat limited compared to competitors.
Some users reported browser compatibility issues with the recording flow, though I haven't experienced this personally.

I was actually starting to code one of these myself but so far Feedspace has things even I hadn't thought of!
Only bought it 15min ago the top tier and uploaded my first review to test. UX is modern, clean simple, beautiful and the layout features for displaying reviews look absolutely fantastic!! Should get a 6 star.
Absolutely love how simple everything is.
2 things that could make it 7 star!
1. Filters on widget embeds and pages for end users - when you have hundreds or thousands of reviews the key is for people to see the ones they care about. So if you could allow people to filter by certain defaults fields or custom ones you add that would be amazing (Bonus idea, allow these to be set by query parameters in the url
2. Contact selection - so instead of just typing a name for each review or it being imported you can see when someone has shared multiple reviews and stories. This would allow certain businesses to show the journey a member has been on.

I purchased this product mostly to take it for a test drive. Although I haven't fully integrated it yet, I have built out a form and explored the features. There are a lot more features than they listed in the Appsumo description! For example, I was hopeful that it would have a feature not only to accept 1st-party reviews but also to ask for a 3rd-party review afterward. It does have this feature! It is limited in the 3rd party review sites available right now, but I wouldn't be surprised to see that grow. Since I've purchased, there have already been meaningful new features added. This one is a keeper!
