At the moment, First Book ai only works in English and doesn’t support language-specific research or inputs in other languages like German or Swedish. All content is generated based on English-language prompts and training.
That said, you’re welcome to include ideas or references from other languages in your outline, and we’re always looking at ways to expand the platform — especially as more users from around the world join in.

Q: Can you not end this in 2 days with it being Easter?
Contemplating upgrading from your old highest plan to your new highest plan but focused on family this weekend. Really thought you'd be running this through April since it seems like it only went live a few weeks ago.
Also, i have one more question about the upgrade path and pricing but i may send that through the software itself (I already have your software and its pretty cool)
This looks like its more for first timers, or am i wrong and this is where you want existing customers to buy again? ....if we decide to.
Again, running this sale to end this weekend, don't love it.

While we can’t promise anything about extensions here, we are noting all this feedback and passing it on to the team. We want to make sure both new and existing users feel taken care of.
To your question: yes, this AppSumo launch is definitely aimed at first-time authors, but existing users are more than welcome to upgrade here — especially with Tier 4 now live (10 full books + 10 blueprints every month). It’s a great deal even for returning users who plan to write more or support clients.

Right now, First Book ai doesn’t support uploading or pulling directly from external sources. That said, if your book fits within the non-fiction/business category — like a structured guide for inner house training — then yes, you can absolutely use our platform to write that kind of book.
You can create as many book outlines as you need to get the structure just right, and only generate the full book when you’re satisfied. That way, you’re not using your book credit until you’re ready.

However, we recommend max 20 as you don’t want to flood each chapter with too many stories. But this also depends on how long the anecdotes are. Short ones can work with more.

How many personal anecdotes can we add at the beginning for extra personalization without reuse or strange rewording of the same content?
