Q: Download Upload issues
Hi,
I love your product and how it has progressed over the years, but I have had a serious issue that makes me that think since I was an early adopter that my FLEXCLIP may be stuck on an old version.
#1 I can never download a video that I 've made over 5 minutes. It always breaks and never lets it happen. I have gotten in the habit to just make the videos no more than 3 minutes to make sure I can download it in the end.
#2 Sometimes I try to open up a project like I have been trying to open a project for two days. It literally has less than 2 minutes of video clips in the Media area and I'm no where near the 100GB threshold, yet The Initial Upload gets stuck and several videos won't complete the upload for two days now. I can't open this project. Those are the two problems I'm always having for years now with the product.

Regarding the issues you're experiencing, could you please send the following information to [email protected]? Our team will investigate and assist you further.
1.Update your Chrome browser to the latest version, then try exporting the video again. If it still fails, please send us a screenshot of the error/page.
2.Open the project that is stuck, and copy the current project link (like this https://www.flexclip.com/editor/app?id=bT8wSXZUWmF6DA54LvHQ9mQZLL7GBK0R) - send that to us as well.
3.Please also let us know the email address associated with your FlexClip account.
Once we receive these details, we'll look into the problem as soon as possible. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
