Hi Jon, your thinking is fine, but you're overcomplicating it. FlexClip can import directly from your phone (scan QR code) or from Google Drive / Dropbox / Google Photos. No need to use Smash or transfer to desktop first. Just upload straight into FlexClip and edit. Works perfectly for vertical 9:16 reels.
So, in nutshell it is one time credit only. Right? It won't be given on a monthly basis, in that case ideally the page should mention it as one time credit only.
Thank you for the follow-up — and you're right. To confirm: the AI credits are the total account credit, not a recurring credit. They are released in 2 steps as described on this page (20% within 60 days, then the remaining 80%).

Just a quick and friendly heads-up: the Android app (FlexPix) and FlexClip (web version) are actually separate products, so they don't share accounts or credits.
Q: Use as a vimeo alternative (internal videos for clients and team)
My main use will be to create videos quickly directly in the browser, both for internal use with my team and to present information to my clients. Based on this, I have a few questions:
1. What is the difference between cloud storage and video hosting space? Can I record a video and use the 100GB storage to save it?
2. Regarding the limitation on videos per project, does this apply only to video...

A: 1.Cloud storage vs video hosting space Cloud space: The space to store your videos, photos &audio you upload on FlexClip to access anywhere. Video hosting space: The space to store your videos that have been exported.
2.Limit on videos per project The limit only applies to stock videos/audio, not your own uploaded videos. You can organize your own videos with no limits.
Q: Previous Tier 2 user: Account limits not updated and AI credits showing 0
I am a Tier 2 Lifetime user, and I am writing here because my account limits haven't been updated according to the new terms.
Even though the deal states that previous customers should receive the new features and limits, my account is still restricted to only 5 stock videos per project and shows as a 'Personal Subscription.' Furthermore, my AI credits balance is at 0.
I haven't used my credits, and I should have the Business Level limits (Tier 2). I hope you can fix this soon to honor the agreement. Thank you!

A: Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the old AppSumo deal and the new deal don't share the same tier structure. As an old deal Tier 2 user, your plan corresponds to the Plus plan on FlexClip (https://www.flexclip.com/pricing.html). You should receive the new features and limits under FlexClip Plus, not the new deal's Tier 2 benefits.
