For an hour, I've tried to get an export that matches what I hear in the editor. I have an MP3 that I cut to produce a roughly 15-second clip. It begins with "Need a hero with toolbox and cape." I precisely chose this, kicking off with "need." Instead, my multiple exports start with "toolbox and cape." Why would such an anomaly happen with exports?

I am an old Tier 1 user, where the features provided are not the same as the current Tier 1. Then I want to upgrade to Tier 2. Could I get the latest Tier 2 features (currently)?

A: The previous version (before 2025) and the current offer have different plan structures and pricing, so they cannot be simply stacked or combined for an upgrade at this time. Please contact [email protected] for further assistance.

Updates to Tier, 1, 2 or 3 or whatever regardless as to whether it is in 2025, or 2024 should have been included in the 2026 offer for the respective tier.

Hi Jon, your thinking is fine, but you're overcomplicating it. FlexClip can import directly from your phone (scan QR code) or from Google Drive / Dropbox / Google Photos. No need to use Smash or transfer to desktop first. Just upload straight into FlexClip and edit. Works perfectly for vertical 9:16 reels.

Updates are always within the same plan structure and tier mapping.
Old deal(pre-2025): Plan 1/2/3 = Basic / Plus / Business
New 2026 deal: Plan 1/2/3 = Plus / Business / Business
