And all I keep hearing is that you will work on the feature. This has been said for more than 2 years now and you've never kept to your words.
Currently your tool ONLY allows one to add a single video to the timeline. That means one can't upload a video and add videos on top in the timeline to edit as a normal editor will do.
This is very poor as every basic video editor should be able to do this. Many others have been asking including on your roadmap but you keep ignoring it. If I have a footage and want to replace a few segments, this is currently not possible. You only allow one picture in a picture video which isn't enough.
You've been promising it for more than 2 years but have never lifted a finger to include it. how is this a video editor if it lacks one of the most crucial features.

May 14, 2024A: Oh, I apologize for any confusion. We have already made enhancements to Picture-in-Picture (P-I-P) functionality for multiple video layers within a scene.

Hi, what we are asking for isnt just PIP. it is actually ability to add footages in a timeline. the PIP only allows you to add on separate scenes. we need something like capcut were you have the long footage and you can add a clip on top to over ride. i think you should test out your own tool to see what I mean. the way it is now is much more complicated and more difficult. if you try to add a footage over another, it tries to replace the entire thing which isn't what Id like.
