- I recognize that FlexClip is a very powerful platform. I had the opportunity to purchase it early, and I’m genuinely impressed with everything it offers. I would love to know if you are considering implementing an AI-powered audio enhancement feature. At the moment, the platform includes useful tools such as volume boosting, audio separation, and noise removal, but it still does not offer a feature that truly enhances the audio quality so that voices sound more professional. There are already other platforms that provide this kind of audio enhancement, and I believe adding this feature to FlexClip could really be a game changer for video production. It would bring tremendous value to users who want to create more polished and professional content without leaving the platform.
- Hello, I previously purchased the highest tier FlexClip subscription. Could you please clarify if purchasing the Tier 3 subscription again under the same account would result in a combined annual credit allowance of 19,200? Or would I need to maintain a separate account for the additional purchase? Thank you.
- Hi, I purchased Tier 3 in 2023. Now you have a new plan. Is my original purchase and its offerings still intact? If not, what exactly has changed. Please be very detailed in making a list of the differences vs. being randomed. Also my account does not have AI credits included. Will credits be added or is that an add-on because I have an older account? Is Flexclip included with any of the plans? If so, I am being asked to pay an additional fee. Thanks a million!
- I see that your plan 1 now includes full HD video. I purchased the previous offer, but I don't see that my plan has been updated with the new terms.
- Hi, I love your product and how it has progressed over the years, but I have had a serious issue that makes me that think since I was an early adopter that my FLEXCLIP may be stuck on an old version. #1 I can never download a video that I 've made over 5 minutes. It always breaks and never lets it happen. I have gotten in the habit to just make the videos no more than 3 minutes to make sure I can download it in the end. #2 Sometimes I try to open up a project like I have been trying to open a project for two days. It literally has less than 2 minutes of video clips in the Media area and I'm no where near the 100GB threshold, yet The Initial Upload gets stuck and several videos won't complete the upload for two days now. I can't open this project. Those are the two problems I'm always having for years now with the product. Thankyou
