Q: So, I tried the free version.
There's a lot to praise, but I'll focus on the negatives, as your response to those will let me know how likely I am to get some codes.
I have to say, I'm truly bothered that the volume control on songs, even when set to 1, is still way too loud. It needs to have a much more gradual range from 0 to 100. Additionally, there really needs to be a filter button when replacing media, allowing you to view only videos or only photos, as well as both. Also, clicking the back-to-edit arrow suddenly deletes the generated video, causing you to lose credits because you'll have to generate it again. Furthermore, the video clips don't seem to match the script in many instances, requiring manual replacement each time.
Are you working on fixes for these issues? And if so, what's the timeline for the fixes going live?

May 14, 2024A: The volume adjustment is normal. However, when it is adjusted to 1, there is basically no sound. Could you please let us know which music you are using? If possible, could you please send it to our support team at support@flexclip.com? We’d love to take a closer look.
For the other feedback, we’ll review it and improve it constantly. Thank you very much for your generous support.
Hi,
Thank you for the fast reply.
You can see the same issue in some YouTube reviews. At sound level 1, it doesn't become quiet or "no sound"; it remains too loud, loud enough to interrupt a voice speaking in the video, and that's the lowest level possible. The track I was using was randomly picked by the AI. It was the same case with the other times I generated a new video.
Please reply to my other questions when you get a chance. Knowing the timeline for such important fixes is important to me. Thank you for your time and help.
