Per the EULA, you may incorporate Storyblocks stock files into any project, including feature films, broadcast, commercial, educational, print, multimedia, games, merchandise, and internet content. Once incorporated into your project, you can share your finished work freely.

There is no limit on the number of views for your finished projects. However, you may not share the underlying individual stock file as a standalone file with a third party. The license also restricts use for unlawful purposes, offensive depictions, trademark/logos, NFTs, and competing with Storyblocks.
