I am an old Tier 1 user, where the features provided are not the same as the current Tier 1.
Then I want to upgrade to Tier 2.
Could I get the latest Tier 2 features (currently)?

Wow! I had always thought whatever updates to whatever tier you were in were included.
Updates to Tier, 1, 2 or 3 or whatever regardless as to whether it is in 2025, or 2024 should have been included in the 2026 offer for the respective tier.

Updates are always within the same plan structure and tier mapping.
Old deal(pre-2025): Plan 1/2/3 = Basic / Plus / Business
New 2026 deal: Plan 1/2/3 = Plus / Business / Business
