I see that your plan 1 now includes full HD video. I purchased the previous offer, but I don't see that my plan has been updated with the new terms.

The Plan 1 you previously purchased corresponds to the official Basic plan (old deal Plan 2 corresponds to the official Plus plan, and old deal Plan 3 corresponds to the official Business plan).
In the new deal, Plan 1 corresponds to the official Plus plan (Plan 2 / Plan 3 correspond to the official Business plan). This correspondence refers to features only, not including credits.
Therefore, your updates apply to all updates of the official Basic plan, not to the new deal. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Hi I have Flexclip T2 old deal and it shows I can only use 5 stock videos audios in one project, why is that ? I want to have more to it ...how to do it ? What upgrade I need ?
Just to clarify – the old deal Tier 2 is equivalent to the official Plus plan, which includes up to 5 stock videos/audios per project. We understand that different users have different needs.
