Good but need so much improvements
I am using tier 7 plan but i have noticed so many things which are so basic and unprepared.
1. The email integration is there but with products I can't add tags with mailerlite. It's very important. For example, if someone didn't buy the bump offers or upsell product, I can add tag to them and reach out specially to them using the auto responder.
2. The cart abandonment email setup is there but no analytics like how many email sent, how many actually purchased from cart abandonment emails. Without it, it's blind marketing with Guess work.
3. The upload file size is only 3mb. It should be little more.
4. I was using wordpress (elementor) for my sales pages and also woocommerce. That time I was getting more than 80% landing page view rate on meta ads.
But with flexifunnel, I am not even getting 70% LPVR. Average is 65%. Which is very less and i am not very happy with this.
5. The UIUX is very basic and confusing. It's okay 10 year back but not okay in 2026.
6. As this is a funnel tool, there is no quiz funnel, and the upsell feature is very basic. It's only redirecting to the thank you page. And the user has to fill the details again to purchase.
This can be done easily with elementor also. I hope this will be better and work like proper funnel.
7. The flexiproof notification is adding watermark of flexifunnel logo. It should be customisable.
I am okay with it but sometime we want to hide this from our competitors.
8. Only 20 pages per project is less. There should be more because in 1 project sometime we have different products and sometime we sell them seperately.
For this we need more pages.
9. I have not added any course yet but when I was watching timeline domination courses, and when 1 video i finish watching, a very loud clapping and shouting celebration appears. Which is so harsh and annoying. There should be gentle or better alternatives.
10. The arrangement of own templates is so complex. There should be a folder or own elements and templates. Currently it's so hard to find them.
11. Repeating again: Not able to add tag of buyers is very limiting. And the LPVR in meta ads is not even going 70% is very concerning for me.
I am hoping for improvements and better experience.
I tried my best to list them what I faced and currently giving 3 out of 5 because i genuinely want this tool to become a truly global tool.
At last, I would like to know what features coming this month and in this quarter.
I will keep this tool with me with a hope that it will become better and better.

Strong Product Potential — But Friction Where It Matters Most
This platform looks genuinely promising. The feature set is compelling, the direction is smart, and from what I’ve briefly seen, it appears capable of producing high-quality assets.
Unfortunately, my early experience has been dominated by onboarding and access issues — to the point where I still haven’t been able to properly use the product.
The first problem was a site regeneration that processed for over three hours and ultimately never completed. Support later suggested it had likely become stuck. Regenerate and given credit back. So that's fair. It's just when you are using it for the first time this wastes hours as you don't yet know what normal is.
The more concerning issue came when my account was incorrectly placed on the Starter plan despite my purchase reflecting otherwise in my profile. I was asked to provide proof of payment (invoice) to unlock features I had already bought — not an ideal experience when you’re brand new and trying to build momentum.
Support responses were fast, but they often felt standardized rather than situational. While my issue was acknowledged, there didn’t seem to be much recognition of the friction a new user experiences when blocked at the starting line.
Speed is valuable — but context-aware support is what builds trust.
To their credit, the team has confirmed this is an onboarding error on their side and has escalated the case. However, there is currently no clear ETA for resolution. I am left awaiting an email.
At this stage, it’s difficult to fully evaluate the product itself because access issues have prevented meaningful use.
My strong recommendation to the team would be this:
Treat onboarding as a critical conversion moment, not an operational task.
When early excitement meets immediate friction, confidence drops — even if the product is excellent.
There is very real potential here. Once these provisioning and onboarding gaps are tightened, this could become a standout tool.
I’m optimistic this gets resolved quickly and will gladly update this review once I’ve been able to properly use the platform.

Underwhelmed by Product Limits
I have to give Flexifunnels two tacos instead of five tacos because it offers so much awesomeness, and I'm impressed—except for the number of products. Hence, a two taco rating. Why would I need 25 funnels and 150 pages but only 15 products? I have 20 e-books to publish plus a master set with all e-books, including upsells and down-sells. I want to make sure I understand since I purchased Tier 2, which indicates only 15 products. Am I missing something?

The New Shopify For Funnelbuilding
Flexifunnels is a big surprise. Used of buying startups that need to money for further development or they are looking to lock some new userers in to upgrade them big time on the way. Not so with Flexifunnels.
A product that feels like it is used in the Indian market, and that is ready to take on more international clients.
As a WordPress user/builder, I needed the time to get to know the flow of building with this program. Yes, the AI-Builder is superb. Just stunning what can be generated with a well crafted script. I found it interesting that you can give brand hints to the AI and ofcourse what you want to do with the page.
That being said, the flow experience was made smoothly, since they provide AI chat, tutorials, videos, feedback, planning list, Live-sessions, 1-1 onbording call. You have the feeling that you matter to the business.
All featured that I checked were working well. I still need to finish a full funnel project, but no error issues found. Much development is going on. Business wise do you pay for your AI credits and do they have a percentage of the sales. Looking with all that is included in this deal, much UNLIMITED, just saving, fast hosting,.... did I come to the conclusion that this is a NO BRAINER.
Most marketing agencies run ads, and upsell funnel creation afterwards. This is likely beating Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, Grawt,... and with an LTD well working product.
I have hight expectation of the roadmap, I do hope that the development will not slow down.
Lastly, do I see Flexifunnels as the Shopify for funnelbuilding, it was on AppSumo, and it went, to see it never back. Good luck with the funnel building.
