Q: Changing OTP Verification Email Language and Addressing Character Encoding Issues in Portuguese (BR)
Hello, I would like to know if it’s possible to change the language of the OTP verification email. I currently need Portuguese (Brazilian).
On another note: when I customize the language to Portuguese (Brazilian), the special characters are not displayed correctly; they are converted to some code. I'm referring to the menu Settings > Language.
Q: If I buy 3+ codes, do I get unlimited team members or still 10 members?

A: Hello esun,
10 team members is a soft limit ; once you add 10 team members and want to add more ; just send us an email to [email protected] ; and we will increase the team members limit to your account at no extra cost.
I am curious what is your use case to have more than 10 team members.

However, I've noticed that the only option for API is Open AI (ChatGPT), hence why I have not activated the feature yet. Many of us have multiple SaaS products (I probably have 50-100), and when each one requires a different AI platform it means having to top up money in multiple AI platforms...

We’re interested in either adding links to text in PDFs or embed videos that are displayed when an image or play button would be pressed.

Yes Link click is already inbuilt, if you links in your pdf, they will be clickable.
Video was a straight NO earlier when we started, then we tries to have them but honestly , failed. Now we are rebuilding the functionality and structure again and with AI nowadays, nothing sort of is impossible, so yes Video will be coming in with in the PDF...
