Q: How do you define seats?

Hi there,

I'm interested in your product. I was wondering how you define seats. If one person uses three different email addresses to manage outreach to a larger number of people, is that one seat or three seats? Can outreach from multiple emails used by one person be managed in one seat?

Thanks!

A: Hey Adrian, thanks for the great question.

Seat = one email address invited into Fluid. One email address can create/manage as many pipelines as desired. For example, you can have separate pipelines for clients or different parts of your business processes - this requires only one email/seat.

If you want other people to be inside Fluid with you, that's when you need more seats, as in new people with their own login emails invited by you to your workspace.

You can assign them as owners or members, and assign which pipelines they see. Each person has their Owned deals/contacts, and you can assign them to seats/users.

Note that the contacts are shared workspace wide with no separation, but you can filter contacts by pipelines as well (given the contact has a deal attached to it).

Also, I assume you mean handling outreach in another tool and managing the conversations in Fluid, since you can't send emails or do outreach with Fluid directly.

Does this answer your question? :-)

I am still unclear. Can I sync multiple email accounts (owned by one person) in one seat? Thanks.
