I've had it for 10 minutes and it's already saved me months of work building my own CRM

Like many small business owners and self employed entrepreneurs, I've tried every CRM I can find and they've all been overpriced for me as a freelance web designer or over complicated and packed with features for companies with thousands of staff and customers.

Fluid CRM is clearly built by someone who was as frustrated with this as many of us are and he did something about it, he did something I was planning to do. He built a CRM for us, the little businesses. Those of us working on our own or with a small team. Those of us with a handful of clients at a time. Those of use that got a Hubspot account and then got a huge headache and went back to pen and paper or Excel.

I absolutely love Fluid CRM and I've been writing this review longer than I've used Fluid CRM. It's onboarding is easy and quick, leaving you confident you know how to use it.

It also looks visually fantastic which I appreciate as a web designer who can be overcritical of website design.

If you've been looking for an easy to use CRM that doesn't assume you're a huge multinational corporation, then get Fluid CRM.

Promising product and best-in-class responsiveness from the developer

FluidCRM is an intelligently designed product with some thoughtful features. It really is all you need (mostly!) and nothing you don't (almost!). What I really appreciate is how responsive Omar is to feedback. In several cases, he fixed or added functionality literally within minutes of being told about it. It's only been a week or so, and Fluid is already much improved. Long may this continue. I do not think I have ever experienced support this responsive, and that alone deserves 5 tacos. Please keep it up!

Great fast workflow

I looked at hubspot, airtable and stuff like that.
Glad I came across this one.

I've been using it for outreach for a few days, and I totally dig the thinking of the founder.
Reminders for action.
Simplistic to "play the outbound game".
I really think this is going to work for me.
It really has that speed, no bells and whistles, just does what it's supposed to do.

Plus the owner is really responsive, takes feedback and constantly improves.

Incredible, calming, no-junk platform, with a founder that really cares

So, I run a solo creative studio and have tried more CRMs than I care to admit. I've always searched for a cost-effective way to track lead pipeline and client contacts, while also making it really easy to intake said leads (aka, embed-able lead forms!) Other CRMs force so many unneeded features onto me in the name of being an all-in-one, so I love that FluidCRM is exactly what I needed, which is a clean, no-frills interface that does what I need and doesn't annoy me with features that I don't.

But what really, truly sold me was the support experience. I emailed in with a few questions during my trail, and Omar (the founder) responded personally and quickly. What I didn't expect was that when he realized the platform didn't have the features I was asking about, he'd actually ship the features I mentioned within hours. No, he didn't just add to the roadmap. He and his team shipped it same day.

That kind of responsiveness is rare at any price point and no matter where you go. I highly recommend FluidCRM to any solo operator or biz who wants a simple, powerful tool backed by someone who genuinely cares!

It is good, and can be great

This CRM tool is easy to use and once some minor improvements (possibility change Deals name into Projects), The different "deal projects") are moved to the left tab for clarity. A possibility of having two simultanious pipelines underneeath each other, and some minor other fixes like adding attachements (jpg, pdf, xls, docx) to individual contacts...this will be a fantastic tool.
