As of right now, it sucks!
I purchased this app over a week ago and paid $69, but I'm still stuck in the Freemium account. Despite reaching out to support multiple times for help activating my account, I haven't received any response. I expect my account to be activated promptly, and I will update my review accordingly.

The issue is because 1. You did not follow the instructions to redeem your account upon purchase shown on the screen upon purchase and 2. You did not respond to the email sent to you on June 24th at 5:47pm PST which was 12 minutes AFTER you opened a ticket with our online chat support bot on Vengreso.com. That email was sent directly from our CEO's email address directly to you and it stated "Hey Derek! I just saw your conversation with our chat bot and wanted to make sure you knew. Send an email to Hey Support @ vengreso dot com with your email that you set up your FlyMSG account with and your AppSumo purchase code. We'll get you activated!"
Please follow the instructions to get your account activated and we'd gladly support you. Until at this point you have not emailed hey support at vengreso.com and provide the email address with your FlyMSG account and your AppSumo code.
