Perhaps this is an amazing product, but I seldom use it. In fact, only recently I rediscovered it when I was having problems with words I was typing being changed. It became extremely annoying, so I checked different apps I use on a daily basis to understand where the problem was originating. FlyMSG turned out to be the culprit, and I immediately disabled it.
So the 423 grammar and spelling fixes were not necessarily fixes, and the time saved does not include the time I spent fixing the fixes.
If/when I decide to use FlyMSG again, I may update the review. I received 3 recent emails asking for a review, and this one is as fair as I can write at the moment. Maybe FlyMSG is amazing, but so far I have preferred to use other tools for my writing needs.

First, please note that the Grammar feature is not included in your specific plan; it has never been part of that tier. It is a complimentary service we provided for you to use, with the option to upgrade if you desired expanded functionality. As outlined in all of our training videos, you have the option to simply disable the Grammar feature so it no longer appears. A year ago, when the product was brand new, I encountered the same issue you described. It would occasionally correct words that should have remained unchanged, such as changing "brian" to "brain" while I was typing in a search field. We resolved that issue within a week. Since then, our Grammar tool has successfully processed over 1.3 billion words for our customers.
I encourage you to return to FlyMSG and experience the full power of the application. It appears that limited usage may have prevented you from giving the tool a proper test run. That said, please feel free to disable the Grammar feature if you prefer not to receive those suggestions.
