Product is Good but most times it doesn't work
I have reached out to the team multiple times regarding the product that it's not working or there server is crashing, they fix it temporarily but I again face the problem the next day. It's very frustrating tbh, since I like the product but it just doesnt work 90% of the times.

Yes you're right that it's frustrating when FlyMSG has worked perfectly for four years and we have one week (literally one week) on three occasions where there was down time in scheduled maintenance window. But in the grand perspective I wouldn't change it one bit because the product is being made better and for paying a one time fee of $48.00 for a lifetime you're getting one heck of a deal. Furthermore, you're combining scheduled maintenance windows with a pesky bug that a flycut doesn't deploy correctly. Again that happened between 3.6.8 and 3.6.9 and its bee in production for a week. As a matter of fact, we have been waiting on Google to approve the fix for 72 hours. So a fix is coming and we are dependent on Google approving the latest update which could take up to 7 days. Keep sharing the challenges you find as it helps us to find problems more quickly because clearly each user has a different experience or use case and we can't test them all.
