Crashes, Buggy, Slow
Has potential. I got it to work just once and liked the ease of it when it did work. Outside of the single success instance, it's agonizingly slow, there are bugs galore (which means crashing and "program not responding" errors that freeze your computer), and even in the "success case" the program slowed the entire operating system. My mouse was even glitchy during the recording. I'm sad I wasted money. But hopeful that their competitors (Loom) will include the auto-zoom feature since they are continuing to turn that into a mature platform.

App is unusable and support is none-existent
All started off ok.
Then there was a bug that made the software completely unusable.
Support were really slow at first. Like 2 weeks to say "try using it again" - of course it didn't work. They didn't fix anything.
Now, support is completely ghosting its users.
They dragged this BS out so long that I'm beyond the refund time limit.
Absolute scumbags.
