Can someone please assist? I'm unable to login - tried via email using the link and get the URL via email but it makes me go through the start-up wizard as if I don't have an account but I do - https://prnt.sc/D2YqUZDxi-Tg. I was using it with no problem until I change my laptops and now I'm unable to login with valid credentials - there's no URL to reset password which is how I used to login but now I can't login via email but when I do via password it treats me as a new user - thanks.

However, I have a lifetime purchase with two codes and I was using autolist. But today it is asking me to purchase a subscription for $12.50/month?

A: No. There’s no subscription to use autolist or any other feature. The only suscripción there is PLUS and it’s to be able to use credits on premium providers, but there no need to pay as we also added BYOK if you have credits in those providers
