Q: Why is Followr forcing me to sign up for a subscription?

I tried logging in and I can't do anything in the app as it is currently blocked behind a subscription pay wall. What is going on?

A: Followr is not forcing you into a subscription — and your AppSumo LTD will never be affected or taken away. Everything included in your lifetime deal remains fully active exactly as you purchased it.

What’s happening is that we recently launched new optional products and features. These are add-ons, not part of the original LTD, and that’s why the platform may show subscription options — but...

A: I don't think we will be back. It depends on Appsumo users asking Appsumo to bring us back and if we decide to come back.
Press the "stay in the know" button, I imagine they measure that (demand).

Q: Why am I out of credits? I'm on tier 10, and we're coming nowhere close to our usage.

Hi, I keep on getting this error message even though I'm on followr tier 10 and we've come nowhere close to hitting our limits please advise:
AI Image Generation Error:
HTTP request returned status code 403: {"detail": "User is locked. Reason: Exhausted balance. Top up your balance at fal.ai/dashboard/billing."}

Image credits have not been deducted from your account.
