Q: Help with White Label
I'm pretty savvy on setting up white labeling as I've done with many of AppSumo deals but at the moment, getting this to work has been difficult with limited documentation. I believe that after changing the From Name and From Email without any further steps on setting SMTP, my account is currently stuck since it requires Magic Login vs username and password. At the moment, requesting the unique link via email isn't working as it's most likely sending from an email that can't work as it wasn't set properly.
Wished there was some required step to ensure that email is set up/verified as now I can't even re-access my acount.

We’re currently working on resolving the transactional emails issue. I’ve provided a possible solution via email to help you regain access this after you add the email, you can instruct your invited users to directly log in using the email (without waiting for the magic link) to see if the invitation works.
Of course, It shouldn’t be this way, and we are actively addressing the issue. We’re reliant on the email provider, but it should not be a major problem. Additionally, we want the emails to be sent with each company’s white-label branding.
