Appsumo should give us our money back! Second purchase that didn’t do as promised. Can’t even go to the website to log on. After the Retable failure I am very concerned with Appsumo offerings. I guess it’s the chance we take.

Twice all the database just disappeared.. All private details of quite a number of people just gone.. they managed to restore it once and now it happened again so I lost all the CONFIDENTIAL information of all of my clients!!

Login itself does not work most of the times on multiple occasions, and there is no Forgot password button also on the Login page to help reset the password. Multiple emails to Mr Rob does not get any response to get these issues resolved

I purchased FormBerry about a year ago and just recently used it for a client: the experience was disastrous.

When testing a background image on a form, even after removing it, the image stays stuck as default. This forced me to rebuild the form from scratch, wasting a huge amount of time.

The mobile version is terrible: questions don’t display properly, making the form basically unusable on smartphones.

The most critical issue: in the insights and reports, the question/answer columns are completely misaligned. To figure out which answers belong to which questions, I have to export the data and manually realign everything in Google Docs. This not only wastes time but also makes me look unprofessional in front of clients.

If I could, I would definitely ask for a refund. Since that’s no longer possible, I strongly urge the team to fix these problems immediately—because it’s unacceptable for a survey platform to have such severe technical flaws.

I setup my account and used my AppSumo discount. It appears it only partially worked so I can not log back in and there is no reset password or other way to get help to resolve. Currently this app is useless. Please help resolve.
