Simple to use, super powerful form maker. I've tried other appsumo products, but this goes beyond, thank you!! awesome software.

This product is nothing short of brilliant. It took me about an hours to figure out what it all meant, and then I was able to build the forms I needed. It's extremely flexible.

The only thing I'd like to see is an ability to optionally encrypt the data before it is stored on the servers. JotForm have recently added this functionality so it's definitely something people want.

Everyone ought to buy this really.

I was on a very long quest to find the perfect HTML form designer, trying two other AppSumo offerings and a few others before finally settling on Form Designer. My need is for a straightforward and not-too-technical tool to design and deploy online forms for some of the websites of my clients. These sites have been "flattened" (i.e. converted from WordPress into static websites) and I needed something that didn't require me to write code and offered enough functionality to work properly in a variety of situations.

So far, any technical assistance I've required has been responded to in less than a day and the help has been informed and correct. The product has a reasonable amount of documentation and the interface is relative intuitively and functions as expected.

The AppSumo deal isn't overwhelmingly generous - it basically runs out once 1,000 forms have been submitted. However, the ongoing pay-as-you-go rate of 8 to 15 cents per form is reasonable, as is $10.44/month for up to 20,000 submissions for high-volume users.

Online form design software needs to serve many masters with many varied needs and it's seldom that one product will fit every use case. However, I think that Form Designer will satisfy most users' needs.

Coming from Jotform I have to say that this has a better designed forms. The user experience is all great. The only reason I will have to keep using Jotform for now is that the autoresponder keeps going into the spam folder. I have tested several times and the only way around it is to setup smtp. With jotform I can have the sender be noreply@jotform.com it always works. If your not using the autoresponder than you are good to go with formdesigner.

This software is great!! It should have many more reviews.

It has high customization, you can even create your own templates to use them in different forms. The interesting thing is that you can add several emails so that they are notified immediately once the information is received and also notification by SMS.

I come from Jotform, I have been a user since 2008 and I can say that FormDesigner has much more customization and control of the elements that make up the form.

The part that I saw that has an area of ​​opportunity for improvement is the code to embed the form on the websites.

Since I am not a programmer, I would like it to have more types of insertion codes because I use different WordPress builders such as breakdance, Elementor, bricks, Beaver Builder, Divi Builder, among others.

I've tested all the online form platforms I could find, and they all fall short. This one is way ahead all its competitors: it's complete, provides powerful features, and a lot of integrations. It's almost a low-code platform. These people really know their job. And the support is really reactive.

I have purchased too many form products on Appsumo, most of which lacked support or had incomplete features. Each one ended up with a refund. Finally, I found a good product called “Formdesigner”. Compared to other form products, Formdesigner is almost a mature product with good support speed. However, it has many powerful features, so it may take some time to learn. Currently, I am still exploring it. If you haven’t found a good form product yet, this one is definitely worth trying.

The lifetime deal is one of the best deals I got because this app really does what it says it would.
I come from 15 years of JotForm, which is a great product too.
But the lifetime deal from FormDesigner is the sweetest ever.
Once you get the hang of it, the forms are easy to use and set-up, and there are quite no limitations.
Don't think twice, it is really worth your money.

Wordpress and contact forms can be a nightmare - even when SMPT is set up.
These embedded forms have made things a lot easier and all the forms work. The client does have to look in their spam for the first form sent and mark it as not spam and then it works well.

Wow. The calculator functions are amazing. I really needed a good platform to integrate calculators into my sites (you can disable the send button with code). You can even use live data to integrate into your calculator.
Customer support is excellent, kind and helpful.
Everything is working as it should.
I am happy. :)

Formdesigner is a very powerful form builder and recommend that you give it a try.
I like the ability to insert videos which can be displayed for lead generation and/or training purposes.
The conditional logic procedures are very easy to create and are color coded for even more clarity
Support has been very punctual and quick to point out the solution to my questions

I did run into a problem with the embed code not displaying properly, but soon learned that the java script code is the one to use
in most cases, and not the iframe code.
I creat multiple page forms with display perfectly on all devices including mobile.
I found that the list option for the pages was best in order to display a menu on the smaller screens when your form contains
multiple pages

The page tabs in the builder makes it easy to quickly see the elements included in each page.
Also, the section approach makes it easy to keep the elements properly aligned as well as being able to duplicate

Being able to upload numerous files in a form is practical and easy.

The HTML element offers flexibilty in displaying text, images and videos.

Once I got a handle on how to use the app, I find it easy to use and very flexible
