Appreciate the response, but “next few weeks” has been the same message for well over 2 years.

CNAME/white-label isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s a core feature many of us purchased based on. The continued delay is impacting trust, limiting client-facing use, and undermining the platform’s long-term value.

Can you provide:

A specific release date or firm delivery window
What v1 will include (full branding removal, custom domains, SSL, etc.)
Whether this will be included for existing LTD customers without additional cost

If timelines are still uncertain, it’s better to be transparent rather than continue with “soon,” which hasn’t proven reliable. Without clearer direction, it becomes difficult to justify continued investment or long-term adoption.

We want to support and love the product, but need clear accountability and execution.
