mysiteutilityQ: Pre-purchase questions about AppSumo LTD, workspaces and white label
Hi FormNX Team, I’m considering the AppSumo LTD for a multi-client project.
I’d like to use 1 workspace per client.
Could you please confirm:
1. Exact number of workspaces in Plans 4, 5 and 6.
2. Whether each workspace can have separate forms, submissions, users, branding, emails, Google Sheets, webhooks/Make/Zapier, Google Calendar and SMTP.
3. Whether “FormNX Branding Removed” removes branding from forms, embeds, thank-you pages, emails, PDFs and all user-facing pages.
4. Whether CNAME/custom domain is already available.
5. If not, whether it will be included at no extra cost for AppSumo buyers who purchase before release.
6. Whether CNAME will work per workspace/client.
7. Whether you provide a GDPR DPA.
8. Whether e-signature includes audit trail, timestamp/IP and legal evidence, or is only a form field.

Sorry for the delayed response. Somehow, we missed your comment. Please find the responses below
1. Workspaces are already mentioned in the plan, but for your reference, they are 20, 24, and 28, respectively.
2. Yes. Users are inside the workspace. They are not in different forms.
3. Yes.
4. Sorry, it's one of our most delayed features but we are making sure to get it done as soon as possible. But once you embed the form in any of the websites, they will not be able to know it's coming from the FormNX so you can easily use it by embedding inside any CMS or any HTML websites or any framework websites.
5. No extra cost, already included in appsumo.
6. Per workspace.
7. FormNX is GDPR Compliant.
8. When someone submits a form, we already record their IP address, timestamp, geo location, and other details, so you can use that along with the signature to make it a legally valid signature.
