Q: Hi Jason,
I try to use your solution and paid for my first campaign...
And this since morning nothing start... I try to contact the support... no email you have only chat... and after more then 6 hours still no answer. I start to really worried for my money... It's not really serious I hope it's not a scam. So can you have a real customer services please ?
Would an agency want to get different accounts for different clients, or could one account work for multiple brands/companies? Thanks, this looks great!
A: GREAT QUESTION! A lot of agencies do set up different accounts for their clients, that way they can keep the information isolated. Client links, audiences, pixels, advertising campaigns, would all be collected in the individual client accounts that way.
Feel free to drop us an email, and we can explain a bit further, cs@thefoundgroup.com subject "APPSUMO"
Yes! found.ee works well for agencies. To learn about managing different accounts in found.ee, check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbCwFu4PdpQ.
You can also email us at cs@thefoundgroup.com and we can answer any questions.
Can you tell me which German pages are incorporated in your premium websites and can I create a campaign only using those or choosing individuals from them (e.g. all German sites in a specific industry)?
We aggregate the largest websites by traffic in each category, so there may be some German sites. But more importantly when you set up a campaign you pick a geotarget, so we'll always target visitors from a particular country, city or postal code.
While I can’t speak to the full feature set offered by Perfect Audience, we also have remarketing ads with no minimum spend. You can additionally use found.ee to enable growth through prospecting ads, run audio ads on Spotify and iHeart, segment and share audiences, engage audiences with geo-targeted landing pages, branded shortlinks and much more.
It’s free so you can always try found.ee and see if it’s a product you’d like to keep in your toolkit.
Q: Are there any restricted categories that would be denied for distribution?
Like weight loss programs, or any sort of medical services? (I'm not talking about obviously redlined things like adult services, but rather good professional services that are sometimes issues.) Thanks!
A: Hi there! We do have a list of prohibited industries, but really just the obvious stuff that you mentioned. We do allow medical related items, so long as the advertiser is complying with relevant laws. Do you want to email us and we'll get you a copy of the policy? cs@thefoundgroup.com
Q: HI everyone, you can find some case studies and benchmark reports on found.
ee in the HELP section, and we'll try to get more up asap. We've had a few ecommerce companies and agencies with ecommerce clients ask about whether found.ee is a good fit. The answer is YES. While we don't have access to all of our users' Google Analytics accounts, we do have access to some that we have relationships with, and I can show you ecommerce over last 30 days https://gyazo.com/23e0af6fdfeea258525fc91fabf24a7c

Now, what do I do with it? I am confused by the many features? Can I create the link I want, say mypage.com/offer? or does it just shorten to some random code? Can I use it for affiliate codes? This looks like it may be useful to my podcast, but how? How am i not paying premium prices for ads? Are you somehow discounting ad cost for us? I run a podcast and have an online course (still building) in creative writing, so how would I use your app to build customers? Thanks again.
Happy you reached out! Email us and we'll get you a link to the video for the webinar we did today. We walked through everything you've asked here actually, so it's perfect.
Also, once you sign up, you'll begin to receive emails getting you up to speed so you can learn how to use all of the features. There are 8 emails in that onboarding sequence that are very beneficial, and each one of them encourages a daily task that you can do to get the most out of found.ee.
You can use found.ee shortlinks for affiliate likes, yes, but we do have a policy about how those can be used publicly. We don't allow for "comment-blasting" or things of that nature. But if it's being used on your social media, in your newsletter, on your website, on legitimate comments and in legitimate conversations online, we have no problem with that!
Email us at cs@thefoundgroup.com and we'll get you the webinar from today. I also encourage you to sign up for our webinar next week, with AppSumo. More information is in the description above.
Sorry to hear about your experience. We've had over 6,000 new users register in a very short window. It looks like a handful of those have had some trouble activating their accounts. If you email us we can get this resolved right away. cs@thefoundgroup.com.

A: Hi there! Yes you can indeed. We actually first created the remarketing pixel link shortener around 8 years ago. It's one of our many features inside the platform.
Now of course if you like another platform's experience that's fine too. You can use our pixel inside of other platforms! We've always wanted the platform to be as agnostic as possible so it can work for anybody.
A: Hi Sumo-ling, do you mean the pixel inside of your MANAGE PIXELS section that's in there by default? That's your pixel for your account. You can turn it off from that same page if you don't want to use it!
Q: Hi Jason,
I currently run Facebook Ads for companies who pay me a monthly fee, plus Ad-Spend.
Found.ee sounds like a great idea so could I, for example, have a solar panel installer from the UK advertise on the platform using your featured websites that people view from the UK (my client’s target audience are based there)?
I have a number of clients so would need them to have their own account/section of my account so that I can keep them separate from each other.
Can Found.ee be used like this or have I got the wrong idea?
A: Hi jdennewitz, yes you can! There's an existing "Email Subscribe" box/button that you can use from the dropdown, and you can also add a MailChimp email capture widget if you'd like!
You have the right idea! You can create as many accounts as you'd like, and you can access them via your primary account. Just go to "PERMISSIONS" and you can get started now.
Agencies tend to set their account structure up this way so that the data is kept in the right accounts for your clients. All the advertising performance data, all of the remarketing audiences, all of the shortlinks, etc. You can grant different levels of access to your clients too, a bit like Facebook does with their Page Roles.
I know we've had at least one company run solar panel related advertising through found.ee, in Atlanta. They ran an HTML5 ad if I recall correctly, that contained their 30 second commercial as a YouTube Video Embed.
And Kinger, yes you can absolutely create your own domains list. Take a look at what options are in there pre-baked for you, and see if one is close, that way you can do a quick edit, removing the domains you don't want to target, and adding domains you do want to target, and you can get a campaign up in about 30 seconds!
I THOUGHT I SAW LANDING PAGES IN THE START UP? If so, can add an email sign up box and connect to my email rpovider? is this a way to sell things?
Q: Hi Sumo-lings,
Thanks for all the great feedback and input!

Q: I'm not really sure why the sumolink reviewers keep giving Foundee 5 stars based on the looks of the tool and ...
the secondary feature of short linking.
But very few actually talk about using the tool and measuring CONVERSIONS.
In case anybody is confused, this is a tool to run ads and MAKE MONEY from these ads.
it's not supposed to be a piece of art.
