Q: FRANKS AI SEEMS TO HAVE SHUT DOWN & SKIPPED TOWN
Along with many of you, I've been trying to connect to Frank AI for almost two weeks. It seems they have shut down without warning or consideration, and basically skipped town. For those of us who put a lot of faith in Appsumo deals, we have been burned pretty heavily on this one. I even purchased this deal for my team mates, and now we realize our money was burned as there is nothing in place for a refund.
I would love for appsumo to consider offering some kind of policy that gives us something in return if the deal company fails within a certain time frame. 4 months life on a lifetime deal is quite disappointing and certainly makes me question those top tier purchases going forward.
Frank AI is back on iOS and Web today, I couldn't believe it! I think they had technical difficulties - shortly after them going offline they rolled out a new version in the Apple App Store, but to no avail. Then, since this morning (Europe time) it is back again. It is still gone from the Google Play Store, but let's see what happens there. So far it looks like Frank AI is not gone (phew!).

The app has not been working for almost a week. The website is completely down. No response from the developer. App removed from the Google Play store.
Can the developer please update us on the situation? Otherwise, how does the Appsumo money-back guarantee work/kick in?

I've been a huge fan of Frank AI, but I'm unable to access the website or the mobile app for the past two days. It seems like the site is completely down, and the app won't open at all. I'm really hoping the owner or founder can update us on the situation soon, as many of us are considering requesting refunds. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
