Q: I want to like this product....but!
It fills a great niche. I need a real mobile app that connects to GPT.
But their team is not doing even the easiest things:
1. No email or chat support. I see others on this thread found an email...but I can't find it anywhere...and apparently...they don't respond anyways.
2. No communication from them. It's the easiest thing in the world to send your customers an email occasionally. But we have nothing from them.
3. Storage & folders: I thought I was getting a tool that would help me categorize & store my chats. That is the whole point of such an app. But no. It really appears to be just a skin on ChatGPT. I might as well just use the ChatGPT app.
I need an app that does the above described. Not much more. But they don't do the basics.
I can't keep this app. The team isn't engaged and the product will eventually break.

Is there any way to contact the support team ? I sent multiple e-mails to the support and didn't receive any answers since weeks! Recently the support e-mail was even not reachable anymore.

They don't reply to emails. I sent one in July and they have yet to reply. Horrible customer service and product.
Q: Any reason emails to your support now bounce?
There is literally no way to contact the team. The only email I found was by scanning the privacy policy and guessing at permutations for Support. No contact page or anything else. Also, I haven’t seen any changes in the seven weeks Ive owned this. Why? Glaring red flags.

What was the support email you contacted? I saw your 1 taco review as well, sorry you had a bad experience with Frank. Did you contact the App Sumo or our Frank support email? We had some issues with our servers last week that caused some emails to not go through, please re-send your query to john@franks.ai and I'll take a look at it myself.
