I liked this product a lot in the beginning - at least the potential it had. After being a faithful supporter, testing and beta testing and letting them experiment on me I never saw the improvements. Instead, they only wanted to add new features they could upsell instead of making the basic product work first. Support is great. They quickly jump on the phone to figure things out, but you'll soon realize it's not intended to help you, just to offer another upsell, which they offensively call a "no-brainer" thinking that this will prompt you to buy. No, thank you. I won't pay an extra dime until the basic feature set works. FreshLearn (previously FreshLMS) can try to rebrand all they want. I will not recommend them to anyone.
I bought 3 codes on Appsumo for FreshLMS, but some of the features, like Integrations and affiliate selling, are LOCKED in my FreshLMS (Now rebranded as FreshLearn) account. I'm being required to buy a $299 upgrade to use the features I paid Appsumo for?? What gives??
I purchased this in July 2020 (over two years ago) and have had nothing but trouble with it ever since. They delayed the release of my course by months because of issues they kept saying would be fixed "in the next two weeks," for almost four months.
Now, two days ago, when I went to sign in to support a student issue, I'm faced with a firewall asking me to pay to get into my course dashboard! I contacted them through chat and was told the problem would be resolved within 12 hours. Here is it, 48 hours later, and still no access... And this is actually the second time it's happened since I bought the program!
Another reviewer made the comment that this is the worst product they have ever purchased on Appsumo, and I 100% agree. I fully expect some glitches with products on Appsumo, knowing that they are often early-stage products. But I usually welcome the opportunity to grow with them. In this case, though, it's the lies and lack of support from customer service that truly makes it a terrible experience. This product has cost me thousands of dollars in lost earnings by not following through on what they say they will do when they say they will do it.

Does not give you the option of deleting storage if you exceed the quota, instead it locks you out and forces you to upgrade.
