Q: Auditing Own Site

I recently purchased Frictionless and successfully audited a few competitors. However, I can only audit my website's front page at the moment. Is there a way to conduct an audit for my entire site?

A: Yes, at the top of the page their is a tab for "All Site Pages". There are fringe cases where if we cannot properly scrap your site through xml sitemaps or links, that it finds no pages, but usually these are edge cases.

Q: Previous Support Request and Pricing Tiers

Hello,

Prior to discovering the Appsumo LTD options, I trial-ed Frictionless. I sent a support request a few days ago from the portal, asking for clarification between the differenr plans and the Appsumo LTD tier limitations. I wanted to purchase an LTD to at least fully try the features (it has been in my cart), but first needed to make sure I understood your different plans, and was choosing one that would ultimately be useful for me down the line.

I didn't receive a response, and in the mean time - it seems the Appsumo Deal sold out a day later.

Are you able to honor the LTD pricing given the situation? I still look forward to a response regarding my questions and the specific limitations of each plan... Please advise how to proceed.

Q: Questions before purchasing.

Hello, what is the price for an additional client after the offer ends?

I understand that clients cannot be changed as it would affect the financial sustainability of the platform. But would it be possible to do so by making a payment as a "penalty"? I am from Latin America and your product seems very interesting and full of potential to me, but at the same time, it will be a bit difficult to position it easily in Latin America, so I will need to do demonstrations and that might cause loss of client slots.

Can by upgrading to other plans shown on your website. Is there any special or specific discount for AppSumo buyers?

This deal plan is Grow, so according to what you mention on your website, does it include the Whitelabel?

Start with Whitelabel. Yes, it is available for the Grow / Appsumo plan. Right now, we have a whitelabel domain but may add full custom domains.

I need to check with AppSumo terms, but if Appsumo customers reach out to support after the deal related to upgrading, adding workspaces, or client swap cost, we can try to figure something fair out.

Q: White label agency?

I can see your website has enterprise and white label options, are these on Tier 10?

This looks powerful as an add for my start up agency, if I'm using it with success after the first 20 clients, I'd just add these costs into new onboarding quote. Have to agree with you on your comments re the delete and start again, you'd never make any money.

A: All Appsumo purchases have the whitelabel option. Its still a bit in it's infancy and not something we had the first time around on AppSumo, but added after and included the AppSumo accounts to have access to.
