Froged Reviews

Froged seems to be the one stop solution for your entire digital marketing needs. The features look very promising - but the poor execution means it's a LONG way to go.

For instance:
- There's no HTML editor for emails
- You can't save email text while typing it, so if (God forbid) you refresh your page accidentally, or just want to do something else, you end up losing your text. The only way to save it is AFTER you've moved on and got to the final stage of sending (where you can choose to "save", "schedule", or "send now").
- Features are EXTREMELY buggy, for instance - you attach an image to your email but the receiver doesn't get it - nothing; nada, no image. And when you're adding the image in the editor, it likes to dance around. Try moving it to the top - doesn't like it. Try centering it - doesn't like it. Cut and paste it elsewhere in the email - no can do; doesn't like it.

If you want your receivers to see your email address as the 'sender', you'll need to cough up €10-€15 a month (can't remember the exact figure they gave me).

This naturally brings the same issue present in MailPoet in that if your users end up unsubscribing for whatever reason, you could end up being banned from sending ANY emails from Froged.

It's certainly a good start, and well thought out in terms of use cases and what's needed. Unfortunately, I can't say the execution is well thought out nor well implemented. I'm gonna sleep over it and maybe watch for about a week. If things go on as they are, I'll be refunding all 3 codes unfortunately.

This product it is great if you are serious on internet marketing. 10 out of 10. Congrats to the team.

We've been testing Froged for us and we will be implementing soon. It's a must have when it comes to control all the activity in your website and, what's even better, all events can be controlled without any help from developers.

This makes it a perfect choice for sales (triggering upselling hasn't ever been so easy), but also for support, Help Center and more other stuff.

Though some features are missing, they are working hard to implement them, such as campaign-based messages or shared inboxes.

And their support is excellent. We had some minor issues on our testing website and were solved within hours.

A must-have. Hurry up!

I've tested Froged and it doest the job. Not the best I've seen but everybody has to start somewhere.

There are somethings that can get better and other that are good. All in all, the main features are there and all that comes above that will only increase value.

The good:
👍 Great support! They really spend time with you not even solving your problem but knowing you.
👍 Live chat works well - many live chat tools have lot of bugs.
👍 Easy to set up.

The bad:
👎 UI could be better. Not that pleasant to navigate.
👎 There are some basic features on a live chat that shouldn't be missing such as snoozing conversations.
👎 Don't really like the branding. If you're a b2b company, it really feels that the froged branding takes a little of your credibility away.

I think the team is commited to upgrading so I think it is a good bet if you need a tool like this.

It has already taken by site to a quantum or a frog leap ahead of my competitors.
