Q: Support

I am not able to use the app. I have tried to get assistance through support and then even contacted the owner on LinkedIn with a promise to assist several months. I have not been able to get any assistance and I purchased Tier 5. I am now trying to get on the app and it's just spinning. Is the app still on business?

Q: Hi there, I recently purchased Frontly, but a few minutes ago, I accidentally generated a refund instead of purchasing another app.

Unfortunately, I am unable to undo this refund or repurchase the app. Could you please investigate this matter for me? I would greatly appreciate it if you could either cancel the refund or assist me in repurchasing the app.
