Is the limit in client accounts active or all time?

It is possible that I may not have fully understood your question. If you are referring to the client limit, this is a permanent limit and it does not reset.
If we are finished working with a client, can the client account be deactivated so that it can be used again as an active account within the tier's level of allotted accounts?
I added this to cart and saw there is more days left !!! What happened ? This was in plan !!! Please reactivate it again

Yes, you can deactivate both the client and the portal, and the limit will be updated accordingly.

However, please note that it currently only supports the previous interface.
