Hi, I purchased at 3 codes/10 users and have found that fusebase is a good solution. However I am realizing I should have purchased at a slightly higher level to access a couple of features. I am using Fusebase in a very simple way that is valuable to me but not really wanting to pay for a lot of the extras (AI powered features etc.). Will additional keys come on sale at some point or is there some way to do an upgrade from 'Essentials' level for a couple key options?

If I get the highest Tier, it shows you have unlimited Client accounts. If I give one of the Client Portals to a clinic, can they create client accounts for patients under it? How would be the best way to set up this type of account for a healthcare clinic?

2) Yes, each portal is isolated from the others. You can create a portal for a specific client and invite their employees as portal managers, and they will be able to invite clients themselves.
