I noticed in the video above (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmR6JlPkwBE) that he had AI agents I can't find in my account. He also used the Clarity chrome extension to record his video, which I understand is no longer being supported/is being phased out. Is that correct?
Because I don't see an option to record those step-by-step videos in either of the other chrome extensions so we really need that clarity extension to keep working.
He also had an agent that cleaned up the SOP for him inside of fusebase, which I also don't see in my account. Can you confirm the extension question and the why I'm not seeing those automations?

Regarding my question relating to the other agents in the video - specifically the agent that cleans up his SOP which was made by clarity. Are there agents that have been removed? Do I need another tier to get access? Let me know please.
Q: Permanently revoke access for the client or user
I believe there's a significant current limitation: if my contract with a previous client ends, under the current settings in fusebase, that client—who previously had access—can still bypass restricted access and receive a magic link.
Could you please consider changing this policy? As the portal owner, I should have the ability to permanently revoke access for any user, unless I explicitly grant it again.
You simply need to revoke the client's access to the portal. In the Invite portal menu, you will find a list of everyone who has access to the portal. Just change their status from Access granted to No access, and the client will no longer have access to the portal.
1. Does it support BYOK Support for LLMs. I mean Claude, openai, Gemini and others in case we are low on monthly AI credits. 2. How does remote VA users counts. I mean they are temporary users, that get hired and fired. Does FuseBase retain their data if we delete their users to make room for new users?
1) 1. At the moment, we support adding your own OpenAI key. Support for other LLMs may be added later.
2) If a member adds data, it belongs to the organization, and therefore, when the member is removed, this data is not deleted automatically. However, you can delete it manually, which will free up storage space.
