the deal lists different allowances for AI automation credits and AI requests, but a Nov 2025 reply says they are the same. Please clarify:

1. Are these separate pools, overlapping limits or outdated labels? Which features deduct from each?
2. As an example, please give the units charged for one portal Q&A using 10 source pages, summarizing a 20-page PDF, and a five-step AI automation. Possibly with what model, input size and assumptions.
3. Do tool calls, retries, failed runs, indexing and background activity consume units? Which features, if at all, require separate API/subscription spending?
4. Can we view usage per action/agent and set hard spending limits?
