2. I create and Share notes with my students.
3. I use it for my Client's website content
4. I use it for drafting notes of webinars and workshops.
5. I use the Image to Text feature converting screenshots into notes.
6. I use it for my To-do/task management and what not.

Pros:

Speed:
The speed of the tool is significantly faster when compared to Nimbus note (Previous version).

Capture:
The web capture feature proves to be truly impressive and remarkable in its functionality.

Recording:
Unrestricted Video and Audio Recording.

Document Scanner:
Optimize digitization efficiency with the integration of a document scanner.

Portals:
Create organized information-sharing portals.

password-protected public pages:
Enhance security by utilizing password-protected public pages.

I am very happy that I have become more productive and organized with Fusebase. (I still love to call it nimbus note)

I am a solopreneur with two e-commerce businesses (Short-Term Rentals) that are not a traditional fit for FuseBase because portals will not be used initially. I want to leave a review before this deal expires to let others with similar businesses know the value proposition even if you do not have a client-facing business.

1. Digital Document Management: I am emailing documents from my scanner directly into FuseBase in order to move all my documents to the cloud which improves organization, retention and speed to find documents and then eliminating physical documents. I purchased
Tier 5 for the AI Document indexing even though the other tier 5 features are overkill for my use case.

2. SOP's/Knowledge Base: In preparation for hiring a second employee I will be building out a knowledge base and extensive SOP's. FuseBase is the perfect place to organize them. Furthermore, for those like me who might hire a virtual assistant who works different hours having the AI assistants available to answer questions when I am sleeping is invaluable. Over time as different scenarios take place the SOP's/Knowledge Base will become more robust and answer more questions. This will help significantly managing employee churn to make sure tribal knowledge isn't lost.

3. Database Integration: FuseBase is currently integrated with MySQL but it sounds like other databases will be connected in Q1 2026. I plan on integrating with PostgreSQL when that connection goes live and that will be game-changing to be able to set up performance dashboards inside the platform.

4. Portals: Since I get asked all the time to manage properties for other owners having an owner portal will be a huge game-changer in communicating with clients if my business evolves in that direction.

This Software has immense potential for most businesses including Solopreneurs.

I’ve been using Fusebase for over two years, and while it is so robust that I haven't even utilized every single feature yet, it has become essential for me. I use it primarily as a record system (similar to Notion), and it keeps me incredibly organized. I’m especially happy with how the team consistently upgrades the platform, particularly the recent addition of powerful AI support.

I’ve been using Nimbus Note (now FuseBase) for a few years—since around 2021/2022, when I originally bought it. It’s one of the few tools I genuinely use every day, and it’s where I keep pretty much everything.

I’m a book publisher, so all my book details live there, and I regularly share pages/links with my VAs to collaborate. I also like the step-by-step capture feature for documenting processes and workflows (though I’m not fully sure yet how well it supports capturing steps inside desktop apps).

My only real downside is the transition to the new version: some features I rely on are still only available in the older version, so I end up switching back to that most of the time.

Overall, it’s a solid, all-in-one platform for notes, documentation, and storing important files. If you need a central place to organize and share information, it’s worth picking up while it’s still available.
