A: Hi salesmvphero,

Yes, Fynlo integrates with Stripe as its payment gateway. Once connected, your clients can pay invoices online securely via Stripe.

Let us know if you’d like help setting it up. 😊

Q: Is CNAME included

Do you allow CNAME setup for our domains, so when a client pays their invoice the link is branded something like Billing.OurDomain.com?

(Not looking to white label your platform, just need everything coming from my domain when it comes to billing and payments for a client.)

A: Hi info0744b,

Thanks for asking! 😊

Right now, Fynlo doesn’t support CNAME setup, so invoice links will use our standard domain and can’t show something like Billing.YourDomain.com.

We totally get why this would be useful, and I’ll share your feedback with the team for consideration in future updates!

Q: few clarifications

1. Giving it a try, don't know if I am doing it right, but I think it needs to pick up docs, self-process and convert, rather than requiring human intervention in the processing stages, maybe I am not doing it right.

2: I found it needs to do a better job at multi-currency to convert into a common currency, such as the Kenyan Shilling and Ethiopian Bir recognition.

A: Hi octococonut,

Sorry for the confusion. To keep Fynlo secure, we support specific file formats to ensure we’re processing the right documents correctly.

AI Expense currently supports most common formats such as JPEG, PNG, and PDF. You can find the full list and troubleshooting tips here:...

Q: Flexible?

Can it be used to run businesses around the world? I currently use a database software to run my business finances and client invoicing and payments, but I often miss the old days of a dedicated book keeping program like Quickbooks and have been thinking about changing.
Can I use Fynlo to run my business in Japan? I'd need yen as the main currency and need to be able input japanese. Also, would...

A: Hi kumoito,

Thanks so much for the thoughtful question, and for sharing your context.

Yes, Fynlo can be used to run businesses internationally. You can set yen as your main currency and manage invoices, income, and expenses in JPY. Fynlo also supports Japanese character input across clients, invoices, and notes.

For receipt recognition, we use AI-based OCR similar to tools like GPT. In our...
