I am tired of developers that just abondon their apps and leave it to investors, supporters and users to figure out what is going on. They even leave the ability to open new subscriptions on their websites. What happened to common decency? If AppSumo really cared they would at least have a system where they tell users if an app is still being supported.

Another one bites the dust.
Isn't it getting tiresome to see that so many apps you purchased here have gone belly-up within a year and often less time? I need to review the apps I have purchased here over the last few months and request refunds for the ones that may not succeed. Then, I think I will stop visiting AppSumo for a while until they are able to come up with a solution to these vendors who do not honor their commitments or at least email us when they fall short of expectations.

I purchased this product a year ago. Just now trying to use it. Only getting error messages. I see others are saying the product does not work anymore. SMH

Unfortunately, I also paid for a year of their chat-based learning system, "Learn Place," and that has been lost as well. These are the risks of using unstable services, and I will stop taking them going forward.
They didn't even notify customers that they were shutting down. The support address for their other service no longer exists, so there's no way to contact them (they weren't answering even when the site was still online).
Admittedly, Gajix was inexpensive, but the other service is still a costly lesson.

It Doesn't Work, and Customer Support Doesn't Respond!!!
I purchased the GAJIX LTD last year. It seemed fine initially. I recently logged in to use it again, and it doesn't work. I contacted support, and they did not respond. I searched my email to ensure I didn't miss a response. Well, I did not miss their response. As a matter of fact, I realized that I had asked them another question last year, which was also left unanswered. How awful!
