Test doesn't initiate web cam and therefore prevents candidates from taking tests.

I bought a code two days ago, but I was surprised to find that the company is publishing misleading information in their product description about the inclusion of CNAME and White Label. I checked everywhere in the settings area, but found nothing. I emailed their customer support directly, but I haven't received any reply.

I purchased this a few days ago. The platform seems very well polished. When I log in to my account, I'm logged back out. I emailed support about CNAME, as I didn't see the option. They told me to check under settings, and it is not under settings or anywhere. Emailed them again, and it's been 2 days, and I have not heard from them. I'm unsure if they are still actively monitoring or developing this platform. AppSumo needs to do a better job at vetting these companies. I will update this review if and when they resolve the issue, or if I decide to refund the product.

Not only can you select from a variety of assessments and combine them (up to 5) into one, but you can create your own, with your own questions as well. Gappeo also has great customer service and offers online meetings for training.
